Deception Intrigue Control is a real world case study which examines if humans are living in a MATRIX of Negativity and Fear. This book examines in detail the cast of characters who “conspired” in October of 2019 to shut down the world, mandate masks, mandate travel bans, mandate church closures, mandate shots, mandate small business closures, mandate censorship, and even considered removing individuals by force to “concentration” detention camps. The event was called the Pandemic Emergency Board Event 201. The attendees or sponsors of the Pandemic Emergency Board Event 201 were the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, World Economic Forum, the World Health Organization, the CIA, National Institute of Health, and Mr. George Gau Fu-Director of China’s Center of Disease Control. The history and motives of these organizations are examined to determine if their agenda was to minimize a public health issue or if they “manufactured a public health crisis” to press for the passage of the World Health Organization Pandemic Treaty. With a World Health Organization Pandemic Treaty Americans would be stripped of their Bill of Rights. Health decisions would be mandated by an organization which is accountable to its largest donor, which is not the United States of America, but the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. This book closes with a section titled “How Enlightened Citizens Will Save The World” and explains laws which must be changed so the fascism of a pandemic will NEVER AGAIN blemish America.
